Staying at Hotel Francesco was a delightful experience. The terrace view while enjoying breakfast was a real treat, and the staff were always eager to assist. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The elevator was broken during my stay, and without it, hauling luggage up the stairs was a real workout. Water pressure in the shower was weak—definitely not what you'd expect from a proper hotel.

The quadruple room was cozy, with nice mattresses on the single beds, but the double bed could definitely be replaced. It was warm, thanks to the AC, but the ceramic tile floor was quite cold in winter. Loved the clean bedding and the proximity to amazing restaurants and the Leaning Tower—just a short walk! Breakfast was solid too, especially the coffee. Just wish there was a bit more warmth from the flooring.
